Nice experience overall, although forcing customers to pay for nitrogen in the tires without prior notice is unacceptable. But the customer has no way to know if the service was really provided. If the dealer wants to put nitrogen in the tires and not give the customer a choice, plus needs an extra $99 to cover the cost, it needs to be included in the purchase price of the vehicles.
