As a widowed 80 year old female I went to Wendy's looking for a car for under $7,000.00 I ended up with a car that was quoted by the salesman to be $7,000.00 but the managent told me 10,999.00 They also sol for a car for under $7,000.00 I ended up with a car that was quoted by the salesman to be $7,000.00 but the managent told me 10,999.00 They also sold me a $3,800.00 maintenance contract. Yes, I should have refused but the sales tactic and pressure got to me and I signed. I saw my mistake the next day and tried to return it. I was met with harsh words and denied by the management. My children are furious with me and are in the process of taking over legal responsibily from me. Please stand up to these "nice" bullies. More

If it wasnt for VP/OWNER i wouldnt of bought from them. There was miscommuncation. And the finance guy was disrespectful in words that was said. Both of our vehicles had issues within a week of driving off the lot. They told my husband that the best thing to do would be to trade in his 2021 truck that he had for 3 weeks for an even older one (2017) off the lot. They told my husband that the best thing to do would be to trade in his 2021 truck that he had for 3 weeks for an even older one (2017) with a significantly higher payment (because now we have to have the extended warranty in case anything else happens). Plus they're getting yet another down payment from us, when the right thing to do would have been to move the one from the first truck that had just barely been paid to the second truck. I will never step another foot on this lot, and neither will our family or friends who have been through this all with us. More
