The service department is horrible and rude. We brought
our Benz in. They took our oil stick from our vehicle and when we called and spoke with them about it. I was told we did not have one, and that was a

Also, we had our car serviced by them whoever the mechanic was left a black cloth under my hood, and it eventually came out. Then I called the service manager, and he told me that I had my car serviced somewhere else, and It was a lie these people are not reliable, and they are dangerous. I have reported them to the ohio attorney general office. I would say beware. I am black, and I think these people are prejudiced, and they feel we can't afford this. I would never buy a car from them; I will go to Akron, or North Olmstead. I am spending my money, and I do want quality service and to be treated with respect. I will not advise anyone to deal with these no good service people, and Mercedes Benz of Bedford evidently don't car. When you began to lose customers, it's time to be a concern. The most disturbing thing about this company is a black person, I felt I was not knowledgeable to know what it was talking about, but this department is not worthy of the name it represents. I also had Aaron neal the worst person ever. I will not buy or take my car there to have it service. So, since they don't want to help me, I won't spend my money there ever.
