From the time we walked in the door, we were greeted by a pleasant person who offered assistance and called a salesperson to meet us. She also offered us something to drink which we truly appreciated. We met with Randy Hill and he showed us some of the newest features of the CRV and offered a test drive. He went with us and was non intrusive. He just explained some of the newest technology. We left that evening to give it some thought. The next day, we brought in our vehicle for trade and Randy promptly handled the information. He was efficient, willing and able to answer all questions and we felt very at ease. He wasn't pressuring in any way. He did tell us about the dealership and the newest information on the vehicle because it has changed so much. He promptly had someone look at our trade in and came back with a sheet and explained the exact information we needed. We shook hands and said it was a deal. I have to say this was probably one of the easiest times we have ever had in purchasing a vehicle. We felt comfortable but not pressured. He assisted us in every detail without going through all the ups and downs of running back to the business office like we have experienced in so many dealerships. Then someone usually comes out and explaining that if you do not purchase the vehicle that the prices will not be in effect the next time and that they might never find another car for you that you are interested in. This was not the case, we felt that the pricing was fair, we didn't have to play games with numbers and that everything was done to the best of the ability of sales person and the dealership. We definitely would recommend Randy Hill and we will hopefully have friends in need of a car in the future. Our experience with the business office was also efficient, very thoroughly explained and was again the easiest experience in signing all the paperwork necessary. I looked for and found through the website the car I was hoping to buy. I then Contacted their Internet sales service by email, which they kindly responded promptly with answers to all my inquiries. Once I was satisfied with their answers to all my questions, I made a simple appointment to visit the dealership. Sales Personal Vanessa Lager, had the car ready for me to look at and test drive upon arrival for my appointment. Vanessa, in any way she could made sure I was understanding everything about the car(s) I was test driving. Her product knowledge, her understanding of my own budget concerns, made buying a new car extremely easy. Zimmerman Honda's staff did everything they could to show me, how, I would get the car I wanted, plus stay within my budget concerns. Once I said yes to the NEW CAR with sales rep Vanessa, finance Agent Aaron Mielke, introduced himself. Aaron, proceeded to do a tremendous job explaining, what, why and when all the numbers that come along with buying a NEW car would mean to me. Consisting of, but not only - The trade in value of my car towards the new car, my monthly payment agreement, how we agreed to the final price, what other options ( which were optional ) were available to me through the Honda programs. The numbers were put forth in a very relaxing manner to make sure, once again I understood exactly what I was buying. One final note, this was all finished well after closing hours. Vanessa and Aaron spent the extra effort and time after hours to simply make sure, I was extremely satisfied with my decision before I drove off in my new car.
