Every time I go in for work done I'm immediately greeted by the service team, there's never a wait and they are very good about getting in touch with me once my vehicle is ready for pick up. My parents have worked with both JoAnne and Fran from previous and they always treat myself and my parents with the best of care and service. The best experience leasing a car I used to hate getting a new car. When our Jeep started to get old and needed work we decided to lease a new car and we went to Lia Nissan first. The Jeep had been my son's and when he died we paid it off and kept it. His favorite CD was stuck in the player and the Service Dept. was able to get it out for us. This made us extremely happy. When we were choosing our car we dealt with Stephanie Havens. She was extremely knowledgeable and was able to explain the Nissan Rouge and its features in ways that made it easy to understand. We had never had a back-up camera before and now we use it without thinking. My husband takes the car in for servicing and is always amazed at how quickly and efficiently things go. We have and will continue to recommend Lia Nissan to everyone looking for a car. More

Fantastic Buying Experience!! I bought my 2017 Rogue from Stephanie, this was my second purchase from Lia and Stephanie this summer. I came back because I was totally satisfied whe I bought my 2017 Rogue from Stephanie, this was my second purchase from Lia and Stephanie this summer. I came back because I was totally satisfied when I purchased my used Dodge Grand Caravan last year. She is definitely a low pressure sales person and very knowledgeable about the Nissan product. I would highly recommend Stephanie and Lia to anyone looking for a great car. I also like the fact that she follows up after the sale to make sure I'm satisfied with my purchase.
