Unbelievable! ! I told Leon exactly what I was needing to do, and he went above and beyond to make it happen. Bret in financing was awesome and even Lupita the aft ! I found Five Star Ford of Dallas doing an online search for Mavericks. They had what I wanted. Upon arrival I was greeted by Leon in sales. He was friendly but not pushy! He answered my questions and got m for Mavericks. They had what I wanted. Upon arrival I was greeted by Leon in sales. He was friendly but not pushy! He answered my questions and got me in the vehicle I wanted for a test drive in just a few minutes. Afterwards, Lupita from Aftermarket got me the window tinting needed for the Texas sun. Then Alex in finance helped me get the paperwork straight. I appreciated the Sales Manager's help in the process but I did not remember his name or it would be here too. Thanks, Five Star Ford of Dallas for getting me what I needed and making me feel like family. More

Nice and welcoming atmosphere everyone was polite opened the door said hello with a smile. Adolpho was exceptional. Very patient and you felt like he was looking after our best interest. What a great new car dealership and really the best experience I have had buying a new car from a dealership.
