Do not spend money here! The sales manager is the most unprofessional I’ve experienced! After today's visit, I would NEVER recommend any one buy a car here! The sales manag The sales manager is the most unprofessional I’ve experienced! After today's visit, I would NEVER recommend any one buy a car here! The sales manager, Steven Moldovan, is as unprofessional as they come. I took a few concerns directly to him after buying a car in April, explained the experience, asking for nothing in return, hoping it would help him improve his team in the future. Well, 5 minutes later while I was waiting for my car to be serviced, he summons me to an interview room and scolds me for saying something | DID NOT SAY and beyond. Insincere, bullish and down right rude. Most people would have blown up social media 7 months ago with the details of the dealership falling short. I chose to wait until I was there, in person, to mention my concerns and he felt it was more important to have the last rude word than have a customer leave feeling heard. The general manager came out, nice enough, but the damage was done. Drive somewhere else to buy your Mini if you want to work with a sales manager that is a grown xxx man that can hear criticism and render a positive solution. More
