Do not spend money here! The sales manager is the most unprofessional I’ve experienced! After today's visit, I would NEVER recommend any one buy a car here! The sales manager, Steven Moldovan, is as unprofessional as they come. I took a few concerns directly to him after buying a car in April, explained the experience, asking for nothing in return, hoping it would help him improve his team in the future. Well, 5 minutes later while I was waiting for my car to be serviced, he summons me to an interview room and scolds me for saying something | DID NOT SAY and beyond. Insincere, bullish and down right rude. Most people would have blown up social media 7 months ago with the details of the dealership falling short. I chose to wait until I was there, in person, to mention my concerns and he felt it was more important to have the last rude word than have a customer leave feeling heard. The general manager came out, nice enough, but the damage was done. Drive somewhere else to buy your Mini if you want to work with a sales manager that is a grown xxx man that can hear criticism and render a positive solution. More

I had a real go around with the finance manager. I bought a car and was satisfied with it. Paid cash and then he sold me an extended warranty for $2,800. After reading the contract and realizing tha I bought a car and was satisfied with it. Paid cash and then he sold me an extended warranty for $2,800. After reading the contract and realizing that this is something I did not want, I came back and tried to cancel it. That's when it all hit the fan. The finance manager became irate. Ruth nasty combative. He was demanding information that was none of his business and he refused to process my request for a cancellation and a full refund unless I gave him private information that was none of his business. You really need to talk to this dude because he was off the rails. Be assured I will not be visiting many of fort Myers ever again More
