Great experience with Mercedes Benz of Salem and particularly Evan Carroll and his Tech, Beau. While traveling on vacation in our Sprinter RV (Winnebago Revel) from our home in New Mexico we got a check engine light and found ourselves in "limp" mode with power dramatically reduced. We slowly made our way the 100 miles from the Oregon coast to Salem. Evan and Beau immediately responded when we arrived and quickly diagnosed and repaired a problem with our Sprinters air filter housing that was leaking unfiltered air to the engine. We were really impressed with their caring response to our plight even though both were already really busy. Two thumbs up!!

She was easy to get in touch with about the ongoing repair status at all times, made it possible to have a replacement transmission approved as soon as possible, and had the parts ordered and labor done by the end of the week when we traveled back through avoiding our having to wait for weeks, then make a separate overnight trip there and back later to pick up the car.
