Started the purchase with a basic inquiry, and Abraham was more than attentive to the inquiries and was quick to respond, even on his day off! Brian Nguyen handled the process at the dealer. unfortunately the vehicle i initially contacted this location about was sold the previous day. Brian told me give him 15 minutes, and somehow he pulled it off and found something even better, was able to come to terms with everything, no hassle, no fuss. Magdy in finance finalized everything, got everything on paper, made the usual dreaded "finance room discussion" rather a smooth sailing meeting everyone pulled through and ultimately met my expectations. Thank you all for your efforts specially during a busy Sat!

I had an excellent run through the entire process from first introduction to Michael C to signing on the dotted line to complete the purchase of my Corolla hybrid. I like to think I have a pretty laid-back approach to life so Michael certainly had to encompass a chunk of my sometimes wacky sense of humor when dealing with me (and particularly my dodgy eyesight without my reading glasses). He walked me through the paperwork excellently so there were no surprises or guess work needed from start to finish. A good amount of patience too particularly with my bank when it became apparent that there was a transaction limit I wasn't aware of that was lower than the deposit I wanted to put down. Bottom line is don't hesitate in visiting this dealership if you're after a new car.

I bought a battery from this dealership with a 84 month warranty. They will not honor it. I explained in detail how this battery doesn't work at a higher elevation. They would like me to put a new water pump in. I laughed. Are you joking so you can tell me in 6 months when it doesn't work that I have to buy new one. What kind of dealership behaves in this manner?

Car delivered, which I appreciate, then discover crack in taillight that took months to get fixed locally and then o still haven’t been reimbursed $195 labor after being told the check had been mailed twice. Should I even address the scratch on the steering wheel leather? Seems impossible to get issues resolved if you don’t live nearby.

Everyone there was really friendly and helpful—they didn’t pressure me at all and made sure I felt good about everything. I have dealt with Toyota Place for years , i am 88 years old and I live in Corona and yet i drive the distance because i know that i will get what I want . I tip my hat to you Toyota Place. I went in for an oil change service with an appointment and was told it would take an hour and a half with a car wash. I was okay with waiting but it wasn't done until three hours later. There was no communication except for me asking the cashier if my truck was ready. I was finally informed by the service guy it was ready. I paid and I gave my ticket to the porter to bring my truck around it took another twenty plus minutes and was not washed. I called and complained to the service manager about my experience and all that was offered was for me to bring my truck down to get washed. I guess if you pay extra for a service contract they don't care because they already have your money.
