There was a recall for a problem with the power steering on my 2005 Camry. It had to be fixed before sending in the registration. It was dropped off on Wednesday, and I picked it up on Friday. Driving it back home, I noticed the driver's side window that wasn't working properly was also fixed! I really appreciated it.

I had a routine service on 9/30/25 and Tom Anderson told me that I have 2 recalls which need 2 days to fix them and just schedule it as the parts are available. I schedule the recall service on 9/30/25 and dropped off.my car. The technician told me only one recall can be done today because inly one part is available. But then Tom Anderson called and said the parts are not ready and I need to pick up my car. It was waste of my time and it was unefficient and unprofessional from Toyota service department.

Have always had my vehicle serviced with Ana. She is knowledgeable and so very helpful. So when I thought about purchasing a new car, of course I wanted to stay “in the family”. Bill McQuown was amazing. He worked really hard to get me the vehicle and price I wanted. His patience and congeniality was so very appreciated. Ali is Finance was also a joy to work with. What could have been a very stressful and agonizing experience when purchasing a new car, was absolutely just the opposite. Thanks to all of you who made this possible.

Do not go to this dealership! The sales team needs training and they will arm drag you into a horrible deal. The sales tactics at this dealership is horrendous! There will be no negotiating between you. If you buy a car from here, I promise you that you will have buyers remorse! Go elsewhere!

The whole experience is comforting, it puts you at ease feeling that you are treated with dignity and honesty. I have dealt with Toyota Place for years , i am 88 years old and I live in Corona and yet i drive the distance because i know that i will get what I want . I tip my hat to you Toyota Place. Just had such a great time trading in my car and getting a new one at Toyota RSM. The whole process was super chill and way easier than I expected. Everyone there was really friendly and helpful—they didn’t pressure me at all and made sure I felt good about everything. They gave me a fair deal on my trade-in, and the whole thing was smooth from start to finish. The team answered all my questions and helped me find the perfect car. Even the finance part (which is usually kinda stressful) was super easy. Honestly, if you're thinking about getting a car or trading yours in, you should totally check out Toyota RSM. Best car-buying experience I’ve ever had. Big thanks to the team there!

I went in for an oil change service with an appointment and was told it would take an hour and a half with a car wash. I was okay with waiting but it wasn't done until three hours later. There was no communication except for me asking the cashier if my truck was ready. I was finally informed by the service guy it was ready. I paid and I gave my ticket to the porter to bring my truck around it took another twenty plus minutes and was not washed. I called and complained to the service manager about my experience and all that was offered was for me to bring my truck down to get washed. I guess if you pay extra for a service contract they don't care because they already have your money.
