I went in to the dealership to have service on my 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee Trail hawk. During my wait time I was able to drive the 2025 Jeep Wagoneer S all EV and fell in love with the way it drove. The team at Redlands Jeep was able to get me into the vehicle at an ultra low lease payment price and give me a very fair trade in price on my Trailhawk. The staff at Redlands is very professional and handled all aspects of the transaction in a honest and quick manner. I would highly recommend Redlands Jeep to anyone considering one of their products.

Terrible dealer. Had over $2000 in worthless add ons that they did not disclose until after working on paperwork. No negotation on price. Sold me a car with a crack in it and said they would take care of it. Took a month to actually get me scheduled and then did not do anything but “seal” then said that’s what the contract says. Yep the contract sure scammed me all right - I expected the crack to be fixed. Obviously have zero care for you as the customer. I like the Jeep I bought and it serves my purpose but I won’t be back and I would stay far away.

I had some challenges at another dealer. I was referred to Glendora. I met the folks there and they were exactly how I wish every car purchase experience I ever had would have went. I can tell you that regardless of make and model, if I ever to choose to purchase another car in the near future I will be back there without question. Debbie and Fran have my customer loyalty.

We called it a vehicle was still available and at that price it showed online. It was a 2023 Yukon Denali. Showed the retail at $89,995. Dealer discount at $23,409. Internet price at $66,586. Diego confirmed the vehicle was still available and at that price. We arrived, test drove the vehicle and agreed to purchase the car. We agreed on purchasing an extended warranty at $35 additional every month. They ran our credit, got the car detailed and filled up the tank. My wife left with our child while I did the paperwork. At the end of signing, I noticed they marked the cost of the car up to $80,381. With everything at the door adding up to over $100,000. This is not what was agreed upon. They said they have to add dent repair to all cars, in which was not indicated. We did not proceed, it was a total scam and happy we really looked at what we were signing prior to getting the keys. I had to pay $70 for an uber to go home. Very shady.

I purchased a used Ram truck from Christian Torres. He was very helpful. He even drove the truck to my house due to my wife was out of town and couldn't help. When I told him I live in Corona (Del Far). It didn't phase him. When he arrived to my house which was an hour after I left. (Surprisedly the 91 had some traffic that day) He was still gracious. I noticed the next day that the truck didn't have a full tank of gas. I went back to him the next time I was near the dealership and he filled up the truck. I was very satisfied with his followup. I would recommend him highly to go purchase a vehicle from. I also want to commend Jeannette Daze the finance manager. She explained everything very well and made the purchasing process very easy.
