Andy (Andres) Velgara and Yoan Velasquez were excellent salesmen who made my first-time car purchase very easy. Andy is honest, straightforward, and professional. He made negotiating and buying a car a downright pleasant experience. The price was beyond fair and he did not try to sell me any extraneous products. Yoan was knowledgeable about the vehicle and explained many features that I did not know about after doing my own research on the car. Yoan also made trading in my previous vehicle a breeze and offered a very fair price for it. Overall, buying a car at Puente Hills Mazda from these two men was a great experience. I will recommend them and Puente Hills to my friends.

Avoid this dealership at all costs. Do not buy a used vehicle here they will sell you a lemon. They truck they sold me is a complete piece of junk. The transmission started slipping 5 days later along with a check engine light. I took it in for service and they had my truck over one month. They still did not fix the issues. They deleted the check engine light and the problems were still there , along with some new issues. They didn't put the crankcase cover back on and tampered with the (ecm) computer. They also messed up the abs brakes. They didn't replace the pcv valve like they said they were going to do. They are dishonest. They're 30 day , 3000 mile warranty means nothing to them. No integrity whatsoever. I'll be taking them to court. Be safe, get a Toyota or Honda.

My son bought a 2024 Mazda 3 hatchback today. I went with him for moral support. Juan was our salesman, Semaj was the manager. They tag teamed together to keep us busy. Both were very nice, but played the game like most car salesmen. Jose was the finance manager who Semaj kept going back to so we could get "a better deal" While we were happy with the end result, knowing we had to keep on our toes or get screwed is stressful. How did we know they (Mazda dealership) was pulling a fast one? They tried to throw in a "covid fee" xxx!? Apparently since covid new cars are hard to get, so they try to charge a "covid fee"! There was a brand new Mazda 3 sitting right there! We weren't stupid enough to get vaccinated or wear a mask, we sure aren't going to pay a fee! It was waived. I looked all through the paperwork to make sure it wasn't hidden somewhere else. In the end, my son got the deal he wanted and walked away happy. we recommend this dealership and Juan, Semaj and Jose, just do your research and watch out for unnecessary fees.
