The service was good. Karl made sure that I was taken care of. His team member did exactly what had been promised, with the exception of making sure that I could get four (4) new tires for the price of three (3). Especially since the tires I purchased may not have qualified. Since I left a set of tires that were maybe two months old and specified that I would like for them to be given (not sold) to someone who could use them, I would have like to know if my request was taken into consideration.
