I was shopping around for a Cadillac and I ended up going with his dealership because I was fortunate enough to find someone like Avia Yin to help me with my purchase. She made it straightforward and smooth from start to finish. I made a custom order online for an Escalade and sent her the trim/options I wanted. She didn't make any promises, but she said it'll get here in 4-6 months but only took 3 months! If you're looking to purchase a Cadillac, I'll save you the trouble of shopping around, just look for Avia Yin at this dealership. She's the best.

Renick Cadillac will Close in May 2018 - Filigif

We, over the years, have leased 10 cadillacs at Renick. Don Holte and Steve Weddle were the BEST!!!!!! The only good Customer Service Rep left is Lou. Avoid Mark at all costs. Service is bad, slow and unlike all the years of Renick in their history. Renick Cadillac ceases to exist by end of May 2018. Before escrow closes, research and find your next Cadillac dealership/service group.

Don't bother going to this service place. Their salesmen are great but their servicemen are zero help. They had installed some system before I leased the car. When leased, they removed it. This caused a shortage with the battery. Rather than fox it, they told me to come back another day when they have more time. Hello!!? Why did you make an appointment in the first place if they weren't going to fix the problem? I took a while day off work for nothing. I tell them if I bring it back will they have a cat for me. The answer was no! I went to the dealer in Torrance. They took the car immediately and got me a rental!!! That's the kind of service I expect from Cadillac! Don't go to boulevard cadillac.

They were great when I just purchased my XT4. I had a hard time deciding between XT4 and XT5 - but Alex was very patient and understanding! Same with Finance - Rich and Vic were informative and pleasant! Not to forget Jimmy that handled my trade-in. I can truly recommend them!

the Service manager John Chappell and his crew are all top notch, knowledgeable,and a experienced crew. they have been keeping our family, 91 Eldorado, on the road for as many years now. always straight up and honest about what are car needs and how much it will cost, once the problem is diagnosed. sometimes fixing simple stuff on the spot, if time permits. with older cars, like are families Eldorado, the experienced staff can recall the problems that come up with the old cars. they also seem to be up to date and well informed on the newest technologies. great group of guys, I always enjoy talking with them.I don't think your going to find a better dealership, around, with this kind of quality service department. keep up the good work guys, Schuyler
