Got my new SUV on my 2nd trip to the dealership after shopping around and the team made the experience easy, quick, and pleasurable!! I had the most delightful car buying experience EVER and I have purchased quite a few in my days! Alex M. (Sales Representative) , Ryan (finance manager), and Michael (sales manager) are extremely professional, friendly, and customer-centric. Their listed price for the vehicle purchased was accurate, I was not subjected to any of those silly games most dealerships play with hidden fees and unnecessary add ons. I got an amazing deal on a CT4 for a phenomenal value, so much so I drove over 2.5 hours from the Inland Empire just to purchase at Cadillac at Calabasas. The purchasing process was seamless and expeditious, I was in and out in a couple of hours. The dealership is very new, modern, immaculate, and easily accessible, it's right off the freeway. I would definitely trek to do it again if I had to. This is my fourth and I don't anticipate it being my last Cadillac purchase. I will definitely purchase from this dealership again.
