The dealership itself is clean, accessible, and has great bathrooms! Fernando was amazing! Nice, friendly, and not pushy! Not the typical used car salesman. He was sweet to my parents, and because the car hadn't been smogged, he got me a lyft home and delivered the car to my door. Exceptional service, exceptional personality, and a great place to buy a car! I would recommend Fernando and Galpin to anyone! Great job!

Winn Volkswagen is AMAZING!!!!! I took my 2022 Jetta in for my 30,000 mile maintenance. While I was waiting I went to see the Sales Manager, Ash since my lease is up in August, I asked him to recommend a salesman for me. A gentleman by the name of Paulo came over and he was absolutely WONDERFUL!!! This was a breath of fresh air for me since my previous dealership leaves a lot to be desired. Paulo got me into a new lease 2025 Jetta SEL with no down payment. He made everything so easy and stress free. If you need service on your vehicle please see Jade he is so kind and knowledgeable and if you want to buy a new vehicle please see Paulo. Ash the sales manager is great, I felt very comfortable speaking with him. Let me sum this up--Winn Volkswagen is a Win Win they treat you like family. My experience with Volkswagen Pasadena was outstanding. I had the pleasure of working with Kevin, Andrew, and Mike, and each went above and beyond to ensure I was well taken care of. I was actually shopping for a GMC truck—an off-brand for the dealership—and Kevin still took the time to thoroughly research all the trim options for me. He even sent detailed videos, which made the process easy and informative. Mike, the sales manager, impressed me by taking my call after hours on his personal cell phone to answer my questions—something you don’t often see these days. Andrew was equally impressive: professional, transparent, and patient while reviewing financing options, making sure I had a clear understanding of everything. It’s rare to find a dealership team that demonstrates this level of professionalism, teamwork, and customer-first culture. Volkswagen Pasadena clearly has built an environment where the customer experience is the priority, and it shows. I highly recommend them.

Fantastic service! While this is not my regular dealership I got a tire pressure warning light while on a nearby freeway so I pulled off and did a search for Volkswagon service. Even though they were very busy the service representative came out and checked my tires, showed me how to re-set my tire pressure indicator and even gave me a VW tire pressure gauge! Highly recommend!

AVOID this dealership like the plague. The finance manager, Inez Carrillo, is an extremely unprofessional individual. DO NOT lease from these people, let alone deal with their incompetent sales and management teams. An FTC complaint was filed against them for attempting at $850 for a "safety check" even though they presented me with a document that clearly stated "NOT REQUIRED BY THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA - OPTIONAL" - which I have a photo of. On top of the $850 to "inspect the car" - they wanted me to leave the car for 4 hours so they can find things to fix. After their laundry list that I was told I'd need to get repaired there, THEN they'd release it to me. LOL, it's a three year old car. After some questions which were then overpowered, she stated that some dealerships charge up to "$4,000 to certify cars before they release it". I've confirmed with an attorney that that's a load of xx. If you must purchase your VW, call corporate and have them walk you through the process. Somehow the "safety check" is not required when you do this over the phone with corporate yet they are the same company ;) They will try to sell water to a fish if they could, just DON'T BE FOOLED! Volkswagen is a disgrace for running such a poor and fraudulent franchise business! VW needs to take responsibility for these rogue dealers.

This is the second vehicle I've purchased from Pacific Volkswagen and James was incredible to work with from start to finish. He understood that I was looking for a specific trim and interior and was quick to notify me when one became available. After purchase, there was an issue with the transmission and James took care of everything immediately and advocated for me to ensure I got my car back as quickly as possible. Having James on my side made the entire transaction better and helped me feel secure in a very expensive investment.

This is by far the most uncomfortable and unprofessional experience ever. My boyfriend and I live 40minutes away from this location we met with a couple sales people yesterday and they reassured us that they would help us out in any way possible, with that in mind we came home and decided to go back today to purchase the car we had been eyeing out. Before we started any paper work my boyfriend specifically told our sales person more than 6 times to NOT run our credit more than 1 time AND again he reassured us that he would take good care of us and that he would make sure that wouldn’t happen.. but he did the total opposite. Long story short our sales person started helping other clients and didn’t pay attention to what his finance worker was doing because HE RAN BOTH OF OUR CREDIT more than 6 times!!! After we realized they had done that we were both STILL willing to work with them and we spoke to different sales people and they all refused to help us with better pricing.

Worst car purchasing experience. Purchased a CPO 2019 Tiguan on 1/5/25 for our son to use while in school. The process took forever, they also would not give me the purchase agreement and let me register the car in my home state; they said it had to be registered in California. I understand California requires sales tax to be paid if you drive a car off the lot, but nothing in the California vehicle code says you have to register it in California. The DMV held the title and registration pending a smog check, the dealer failed to complete it before selling the car, and to top it off, they submitted the DMV paperwork with the wrong middle initial, so I am not even the legal owner. I pointed this issue out at signing, and was told it would be corrected before submitting it to the DMV. When I received the title, I took it to the North Carolina DMV to reregister it and was told I need to get the title corrected before I can register it. I called and emailed the finance person (Armen Apayan) multiple times about the issue with no reply. I also emailed the salesperson, and he replied, saying he spoke to Armen, and Armen would get the issue resolved. It is now April 28th, and nothing has been done. I am also now outside of the 90-day grace period the state allows from the date of purchase to complete registration, and will now have to pay sales tax when I register it. I should have stopped everything and said fix it now, or I'll walk but we were in a rush; we only had five days to move our son from NC to LA, get a car, set up an apartment, and get him settled before starting classes. The car is great, but the sales customer service and management sucks. Guess we should have bought the Nissan we looked at down the street.
