I came in for a diagnostic regarding my front brakes and was assisted by a service advisor named Christopher, I think he goes by Koda because I noticed that what others were calling him by and he’s helped me in the past. At first a service tech wasn’t able to recreate the issue I was describing until they asked if I could come and try it myself. I was able to recreate issue I’ve been having and they were able to come up with solution. The issue went away and has been good the last couple weeks. I was expecting to be charge a diagnostic fee but they waived this time as a courtesy I believe. I’ve been taking my vehicles here the last couple of years and each time I’m come in for service, it’s been top notch! Thank you Koda!

I had an excellent run through the entire process from first introduction to Michael C to signing on the dotted line to complete the purchase of my Corolla hybrid. I like to think I have a pretty laid-back approach to life so Michael certainly had to encompass a chunk of my sometimes wacky sense of humor when dealing with me (and particularly my dodgy eyesight without my reading glasses). He walked me through the paperwork excellently so there were no surprises or guess work needed from start to finish. A good amount of patience too particularly with my bank when it became apparent that there was a transaction limit I wasn't aware of that was lower than the deposit I wanted to put down. Bottom line is don't hesitate in visiting this dealership if you're after a new car.

I bought a battery from this dealership with a 84 month warranty. They will not honor it. I explained in detail how this battery doesn't work at a higher elevation. They would like me to put a new water pump in. I laughed. Are you joking so you can tell me in 6 months when it doesn't work that I have to buy new one. Should I even address the scratch on the steering wheel leather? Seems impossible to get issues resolved if you don’t live nearby.

Talked to a sales man trying to get the out the door price of a 2023 camery, got a price, was about to get the cashier check when I got a text saying they calculated the tax and registration wrong and gave us an upped price, said ok thanks for the correct price, got the cashier check, drove there, took 15 minutes to drive there, they just finished washing and gassed up, the sales man got his manager and he said sorry he’s new he calculated the tax wrong, I said I know we got the correct price, showed him the cashier check, he said no it’s more and gave us a new total, so he claimed the 25k car tax and registration was $4,000 making it go over 29k I did t agree and he went and got the paperwork tried to cover up the $600 door guard charge and pointed to the tax and registration fee, I asked what’s this, pointing to the door guard and he said oh we put that on when we detailed it, I said you were able to pit door guards wash and gas it up in 15 minutes?! He leaned over and and quietly asked when did you detail the car? He said just now right before they got here, manager looked down and was just quiet, when he claimed it was possible to do the door guards in less than 15 minutes, I pointed out that those are put on by the factory and the first buying paid that, so we’re not paying it a 2nd time! When I was going to walk he said he needed to talk to his manager, he was gone for 30 minutes and he agreed to the corrected text price that match the cashier check. Did the paperwork brought the car home, only to find they somehow they input a non existent address on the paperwork, close to the street name I live on but slightly different, that doesn’t exist! So they claimed they’re gonna correct it with the dmv, got the plates today with the correct address only to find out they put the registration from October 2023-October 2025, I just got this car, yes used but how and why is the registration for 2 Years and expires in 3 months this October! This place is the worse! DO NOT RECOMMEND

They leave some money, get in the way. So that it is not visually noticeable. Continuation. I called the service, got in touch with Neil, but he said that he does not want to do anything and cannot. And the guys we all count on will not watch the cameras. In short, the rating is 0, be vigilant with these guys. They will not help you in any way in an emergency. Do not leave even $ 1, they will try to convince you that it was not there.
