Started the purchase with a basic inquiry, and Abraham was more than attentive to the inquiries and was quick to respond, even on his day off! Brian Nguyen handled the process at the dealer. unfortunately the vehicle i initially contacted this location about was sold the previous day. Brian told me give him 15 minutes, and somehow he pulled it off and found something even better, was able to come to terms with everything, no hassle, no fuss. Magdy in finance finalized everything, got everything on paper, made the usual dreaded "finance room discussion" rather a smooth sailing meeting everyone pulled through and ultimately met my expectations. I had an excellent run through the entire process from first introduction to Michael C to signing on the dotted line to complete the purchase of my Corolla hybrid. I like to think I have a pretty laid-back approach to life so Michael certainly had to encompass a chunk of my sometimes wacky sense of humor when dealing with me (and particularly my dodgy eyesight without my reading glasses). He walked me through the paperwork excellently so there were no surprises or guess work needed from start to finish. A good amount of patience too particularly with my bank when it became apparent that there was a transaction limit I wasn't aware of that was lower than the deposit I wanted to put down. Bottom line is don't hesitate in visiting this dealership if you're after a new car.

They would like me to put a new water pump in. I laughed. Are you joking so you can tell me in 6 months when it doesn't work that I have to buy new one. Should I even address the scratch on the steering wheel leather? Seems impossible to get issues resolved if you don’t live nearby.

They leave some money, get in the way. So that it is not visually noticeable. Continuation. I called the service, got in touch with Neil, but he said that he does not want to do anything and cannot. And the guys we all count on will not watch the cameras. In short, the rating is 0, be vigilant with these guys. They will not help you in any way in an emergency. Do not leave even $ 1, they will try to convince you that it was not there.
