This was my first experience at AutoNation Subaru in Scottsdale and it will not be my last. The waiting area was comfortable, spacious and clean. A loaner car was made available since my service time was estimated to take most of the day. But, above all, was the professionalism, courtesy and knowledge shown to me by my service writer, Mike Harris. He kept me informed, explained things in a clear, concise manner and was friendly while remaining very respectful. Five stars all around.
