August 2024. First, I drove in from Houston to pick up a Lincoln navigator they had available that I was told was in perfect shape 0 issues or damage. Told the sales guy to make sure it came with 2 keys, which he insured me it would. we did all the paperwork online so I could drive in leave my old vehicle and drive out with the new one arrived on site apps 5pm took them over 2 hours to get everything ready that was already supposed to be ready then they finally had the car ready for me to see around 6:30-7pm at which point it started to rain loaded my son up told them I would call if any issues. Got to the gas station allot 45 minutes away as they didn't fill it up found the rear bumper, wheel and trim was damaged called the sales guy and he knew nothing about it he talked to someone else they knew about the damage but didn't want to disclose it as they didn't wanna lose the sale.
February 2025 I've been calling for a couple weeks trying to get the information in the warranty company they use as the vehicle has a electrical issue and transmission issues and they charged me $6,000 for a warranty i CAN NOT USE!!! Also to make things better I still have not gotten the 2nd key for the vehicle or a call back so I now have a broken vehicle that I'm looking at $15,000 to repair because they don't like to give you copies of your paperwork or call you back. I would definitely avoid this place at all cost used car side clearly doesn't have it together.
