This was the best dealer to go to for the purchase on my new vehicle. The sales consultant was already waiting when we got there. He set the tone for himself and the dealership earning a 5-star rating in every category - customer service was tops. When he didn't know an answer, he found it for me. He was friendly during our test drives and and knowledgeable about the vehicles. He was an excellent broker between the sales manager and myself as we negotiated the final price. It was a pleasure doing business with North Park Toyota. I highly recommend them for your vehicle needs.

I came in for a 30,000 mile check up. It was supposed to cost me $214 but it ended up only costing me $188. Even the checkout clerk made sure I was happy and pointed out an extra discount for me. I will continue to do business with this dealership on a regular basis.

I went in with my guard up cuz I’ve been ripped off before but they are actually really good, honest people willing to work with you!! The process was fast and easy. I got my very first brand new Toyota Corolla 2025 from John Martinez and their service department even washes, details, puts air in your tires, gives you a full tank of gas, tint your windows etc all for free! The warranty is amazing too! I get to get all my service work done on my car for absolutely free for the next 6 years! God bless Universal Toyota and all the people that work here!
