TLDR; Don't waste your time visiting an infinite amount of dealerships with apathetic salesman. Schedule an appointment with Colby. He is a 10/10. I visited so many dealerships around the Houston area, and it is not an exaggeration when I say Keating Chevrolet was ONE of only TWO dealerships where I had a truly positive experience. What started as an exciting milestone, buying my child’s first car, quickly became a stressful ordeal due to disengaged salespeople who clearly didn't value customer relationships. We had three comparable options at similar price points, but the Trailblazer we chose wasn't just about the car at this point. What truly made the difference was our salesman, Colby. He was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely engaged from start to finish. He followed up consistently, handled every text and call promptly, and worked with management on our behalf. He was ultimately the deciding factor in where we purchased. His energy and professionalism are unmatched. If you want a positive and seamless experience, go see him!

Had to send my newly bought vehicle back to their service department three separate times because they could not do the small job correct the first two times. The service department is garbage. Not my words, those words came directly from their own people. However, I do agree with that statement. I spoke with several people to fix the issue and their way of solving it was for me to just keep bringing it back. They could never guarantee it would be corrected and certainly did not check the service department's work or verify they completed all issues before calling us to say vehicle was ready. Save yourself the headache and buy from somewhere else.
