Seeking a better outcome, I immediately drove to Henna Chevrolet. Upon arrival, Roger greeted my friend and me at the entrance. I shared my previous dealership experience, and Roger immediately understood the situation—even without me mentioning the name—which spoke volumes about his knowledge and professionalism. He was more than happy to assist me in finding the right car. Roger guided me through the purchase of my 2026 Chevrolet Trax RS, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. I purchased 3 vehicles from Gloff. My first 2 were great.... My 3rd purchase was horrible. My car was totaled by the hail storm.. Gloff did not have the vehicle I wanted so was told to find one and they would handle the rest. Two months later I found out the car they delivered to me had frame damage and had been stolen which was all listed on the VPN nbr. I take some fault since I did not run a car fax however I trusted Gloff to handle everything since they were my Car guys. They charged me 1695.00 to fix the frame which was not fixed correctly. I have been thru 2 sets of tires then was told they would charge me 54.00 to put on my license plates When I asked the owner to make it right here is his solution. I put down 3500.00 , transfer 7,000 from my loan into another loan and make payments of 350.00 for 6 years. I have all proof and paper work to back up my claims. I learned a hard lesson trusting Gloff Ford. Please do not go with what they tell you. Always do their job for them. I am now stuck with a car I gave 16,00" for that is worth roughly 5500.00.

Chevrolet claims total customer satisfaction is important to them. Their mission statement also states to provide the highest level of service. In my opinion you won't find either at this dealership. I went by there for an orientation on my navigation system and was rudely interrupted by a small man claiming to be the Big Boss. His name was Matt . He was rude, intrusive in the conversation I was having with another employee, clearly showing his lack of class or character. This dealership and Chevrolet should be ashamed of his behavior.

Salesperson not organized, prepared, or completely informed about the vehicles he sold. Dealership unorganized and does not value the time of their clients. We came with our financing complete and ready. We had already picked out and determined mutually agreed upon price prior to arrival. We asked that the vehicle be completely detailed and filled up with gas for our scheduled meeting. Upon arrival, the vehicle was washed externally...however, zero effort was given to even remove dust on the inside. Because we needed to know if stains in the vehicle were permanent, we asked that they clean it to allow us to feel confident in the purchase. The first impression was that the salesperson did not listen and was dishonest with the condition he described to us over the phone. After waiting for that, we continued to witness our salesperson's lack of organization, knowledge of product, and lack of awareness of his client's comfort. For example, when he drove the vehicle back for the cleaning (which should have already happened per our agreement), he told us to "wait" and he would be "right back". After standing on a hot curb in over 100 degree heat for about 15 minutes, we decided to go across the street into the dealership. Documenting each detail of our over three hour frustrating experience would require too much time. I will just add that at one point while waiting for the salesperson to gather or reprint paperwork he could not find, my husband noticed his truck tail lights blinking. He walked outside to find a dealership employee with his keys (that had accidently been tagged to another vehicles keychain). The employee kept trying to use them to open one of the dealership vehicles. The salesperson had misplaced them after inspecting my husband's truck for trade. Naturally, we wanted to walk out and leave. Honestly, we would have IF we had not driven so far to purchase the vehicle. After the terrible first impression, we kept thinking..."It will get better". But, it did not.
