Based on the reviews I read here, I called and requested Alfred El-Darazi. I asked if he would be available to look at new trucks and I could be there in 45 minutes. He said sure and on my way there he texted me with directions even though I knew how to get there. Upon meeting him I was very impressed with his attitude and courtesy. After figuring out what I was looking for he took the time to locate a couple of the trucks and thoroughly explained the features and the differences between them. At no time did I feel rushed nor intimidated as is so common nowadays with a lot of these car salesmen. He has a way with people and after reading all the compliments about him on this site I can see why he has 5 stars. The dealership has a real asset in him as well as the other people such as Tut that I dealt with. This was easily the least stressed purchase I have made. Vehicles aren't cheap these days and when you get to deal with people like Alfred it goes a long way. I have certain expectations when dealing with car salesmen and most of the time am left highly disappointed, but not with these guys. If I know anyone who is looking I will definitely be sending them Alfred's way. Hopefully, this dealership recognizes the asset he truly is. They don't make them like him anymore. Great job Alfred!

Just bought my new truck from Five Star Ford Lewisville and the experience was hands down the most reputable dealership experience I've ever had. After visiting and speaking with multiple other dealerships in the DFW area, none of them showed me the right truck the way Five Star Ford did. Big shoutout to my salesperson Alex Ruiz — he genuinely listened to what I was looking for and put me on the right truck. No pushing me toward something just to make a sale, no trying to upsell me on things I didn't need, just an honest effort to find the truck that actually fit what I was looking for. A big thank you to Jackson Velasquez who was also great to work with throughout the process. As well as Jacob Freeman who helped make the deal happen. The whole experience was professional from start to finish. No weird feelings, no high-pressure tactics, no games. They respected what I wanted and worked with me to make it happen. I felt like a valued customer the entire time, not a number on a sales sheet. If you're truck shopping in DFW, do yourself a favor and ask for Alex Ruiz at Five Star Ford Lewisville. Let's start with the buying process. I was at this run-down dealership for almost 5 hours buying my truck. Having sold cars for a couple of years I know this was waaaaaaay too long. My salesperson wasn't knowledgeable at all. When we couldn't come to terms on the truck I was on my way out, starting up my vehicle when they waived me back inside. Turns out the could make the deal I wanted. I went through finance (also very unprofessional), signed all of my paperwork and about 2hrs later I was driving home. About a week later I got a call from Will (sales manager) saying I would have to give them an additional $200 down and buy a warranty that would increase my payments by about $20 a month. Having sold cars I know that my deal had been sitting in the finance office for a week trying to find a lender to purchase it at the terms we agreed on. When they couldn't find one that wouldn't take some of their profit away to take the deal they called me to "sweeten" it for them so they could at least make some money on the back end in finance. The sales "manager" Will was very confronational with me when I let him know I knew my rights and knew what was going on. This dealership is a run-down piece of junk and their "sales" staff is a joke, their finance department is an un-organized joke. I wouldn't recommend giving this place your business unless you're ready to be jerked around and lied to. This place is a joke.

I went to Metro Ford to purchase a 2012 Dodge Durango. I'd informed them prior to me going to the dealership that I will be purchasing the vehicle through my credit union. sales rep name Laverne told me that when I came down it would take no longer than 5 minutes to get me a bill of sale however when I got there they gave me some line about taking the ad for the car to my credit union and that they would fax over the bill of sale to them.I could not understand why they would not provide me with a copy of the bill of sale unless they planned to change some things in the originally negotiated price. If you are in the market to purchase a vehicle do not go there.
