I found the vehicle I was searching for even though it was two hours away. I got in touch with Gil McLain who made my buying experience no nonsense, which I had been dealing with during my search (overpriced, hidden dealer fees, sub par vehicles). Gil had me back out the door in a vehicle that was as promised, both in condition and price point. Although I don't like driving out of my way to purchase a vehicle, I would make an exception for Classic of Cleburne.

I grew up in the automotive industry because of my dad, so I know how shady salesmen can be. Automotive sales interactions often are worsened for female customers. I had already visited another dealership a week prior to Paris Chevrolet and battled fraud, so I arrived with zero trust. Farley was just who I needed to go through with getting myself a new car. Farley was extremely respectful and transparent. He let me cross all my t's without trying to brush them under the table as irrelevant. When I arrived to get my car the following week, I was nervous that Farley was busy with other customers so I would have to work with Logan. He was awesome as well. Logan even got me a bow for my first new car since I was picking it up on my birthday! JT in financing was very thorough and answered all of my questions without a trace of fraud feelings. The team at Paris Chevy really felt like my best friends, and I cannot wait until life is ready for me to replace the truck so they can help me out again!

Our experience with Ed Morse Freedom Buick was by far the best experience we have ever had. I've purchased a lot of vehicles over my 50 years, but I've never had such an easy and pleasant experience. Our salespeople were super friendly, the negotiation process was quick and easy, the finance department was very transparent and the entire process from start to finish did not take that long. We bought a car at a different dealership just 3 days prior and it took several hours and was an exhausting experience. Quite the opposite at Ed Morse Freedom Buick so much so that we wish we would have shopped for both of our recently purchased vehicles there. We are definitely customers for life now.

They made sure all issues were resolved in a timely manner. Just another great experience with Car max. Probably my 3rd or 4th vehicle purchase with them. The new Alliance store held to the same high standards of customer service as other CarMax dealerships I had worked with in the past. Really enjoy buying from CarMax. So much easier than the standard branded dealerships. I’ll be calling back when it’s time to buy again.

Absolute NIGHTMARE dealership! - golfpayne

Absolute NIGHTMARE dealership! We bought a 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee...it didn't even make 26miles!! Broke down on the I35 and had to tow it to a mechanic. The mechanic said there is no way there could have been any fluid in the radiator because the oil cooler was completely destroyed and had been for quite some time. We poured fluid into the radiator and it came out the bottom of the engine as fast as we were filling it! Fixed the oil cooler $1000, put fluid in the radiator and it pours out of the side of the radiator where there were two giant cracks! Another $1000. The Jeep overheated so bad it melted a part of the air-conditioning behind the dash so now no air-conditioning in the 105 degree Texas summer! I had to call, email, threaten a law suit for weeks before I could ever get anyone to help. Finally Eric Williams "sales manager" says they will reimburse me for the damage. I immediately emailed him the receipts and that's the last I've heard. .it has now been over a month and nobody will return a single call or email.

NEVER AGAIN! I called to get 2 tires replaced on my wife's car. Talked to Kyle in service dept at Jerry's Autogroup, Hudson Oaks. We (Kyle and I) decided what tires to put on and price, wife makes appointment. Dealership is 12 min away, she leaves between 8 or 8:15 for 8:30am appointment. 9:59 wife send texts me a text, "dealership wants to talk to me about tires". I called wife she says they want to put different tires on for more money. It's now 10am and now they are talking about tires, that we're already decided on. The day before I had 4 tires puton my truck at Walmart in less than an hour. I told her to tell them to pack sand. We will go somewhere else. They wasted both of our time and now they want different tires, my wife decided differently. You mistreated, abused my wife. You put her in a place I intended for her to avoid. Finally at 11:09 she returns. 3 hours total time, 2 hrs and 39 min to put on 2 tires. We have both our vehicles serviced there. I will never give them a dime. Our time is valuable as is yours, wife ($150 hr) mine ($80). I suggest you let everybody know that Jerry's does not value your time, plays games and wants your money. They found a fuel delivery problem that 5 previous dealers failed to diagnose.<br><br>Very thorough and took system completely apart until discovered small cracked plastic fitting. <br><br>Greg in the service department, took the time to locate the problem and effect the repairs.<br><br>Most other dealerships live and die by the diagnostic codes. "No codes then there shouldn't be a problem." We had a problem.
