I came in on Monday and went to the Parts dept & Service rep Sean to inquire about adding a bed cover on my 2017 Ridgeline. I was handled by professionals all the way. I left my truck and was told it would be ready Tuesday afternoon. As promised, it was ready Tuesday afternoon. I requested a quick briefing on how this bed cover operates. Sean contacted the two technicians that actually performed the installation. With Sean, I was able to meet the technicians who walked my through the opening and closing procedures. I am so impressed with the time the parts department staff, Sean, my service writer and the two installation technicians spent with me to explain everything to my complete satisfaction.
