I have to say, my experience at Seth Wadley Ford Ada totally reshaped my perception of dealerships and car salesmen. Initially, I went in just to browse, unsure of what to expect after hearing some mixed reviews. However, from the moment I stepped onto the lot, the team welcomed me and truly listened to my needs. I shared my concerns about being upside down on my trade-in, and they worked diligently to help minimize that negative equity. Myles was particularly impressive; he was straightforward and answered all my questions honestly, which made the entire process feel transparent and stress-free. The finance guy also stood out, presenting multiple options tailored to my situation without any pressure. I don't understand how joe cooper ford can screw over so many people.I am reading reviews now that I should have read before.I got the car y'all have had my car for a few weeks. You done fixed it, you told me you fixed it, and then you drove it again. And it was doing the same thing, does that not tell y'all something is definitely wrong with that vehicle? Why you can't trade me out? I don't understand so I do know that I'm getting screwed. And I'll probably be without a card a couple months cause, I know it's gonna break down. Y'all are scandalous, and I'm so irritated with this that I'm i'm talking to. News 9, about going live, and I'm not the only one I've talked to 2 other customers. That's in the same predicament, this is getting ridiculous, y'all should make it right. I understand it's not a new car, so you can't do the limit law. I know all about that stuff, but it's not right for you to sell a car. That doesn't work, aren't putting more money into gas? And getting rides than I am using my own car, but I'm still making my payments. There will be nothing nice said from me, because y'all tell me you was going to help me and make it right or get out there.Set three hours and I didn't get nothing in return, but I lone our car and I should get a better car. I did do a tradian, and I did put 3500 down. That's a lot for somebody. That's pay for her own cancer treatments and dealing with you a lot of health issues. I wanted to make sure I could get back-and-forth to my doctors and my job, but thanks to y'all, that's not gonna happen.

WORST CAR DEALERSHIP EVER. If you like to deal with salesmen with absolutely no integrity, then this would be the place for you. They lie soooooo much they can't even keep up with them all. We found a truck online and inquired about its availability, I was contacted within five minutes by Mason Martinez via text that it was indeed still available. I don't mind communicating via text or email cause especially in this case I have a paper trail of everything. I told him from the second text that I would be using my credit union to finance this vehicle, but only if we could agree on a price. Well after a few back and forths we finally did agree on a price, which I have on my phone via text messages. I secured the financing through my credit union and was told by the dealer that they couldn't take that, they would still need to run our credit again at the dealership. Didn't like or understand it, but I told them they can only run it once and that was it. Well, they ran it, same credit union I had already been approved, but now at a 4% increase in the rate I was offered by my credit union directly. Plus, they wouldn't honor the price that was promised and agreed upon, which once again I received from the salesmen Mason Martinez. I still have this agreement on my phone. After bringing out three finance people to try to strong arm us, with the salesmen Mason Martinez standing there not telling any truth to the deal, we decided to just leave and not EVER do business with someone like this. If I can help one person not go through what my wife and I went through today, and be treated like garbage by a business, then I consider this review a win. DO NOT EVER DEAL WITH THIS CAR DEALER. DISHONEST, NO INTEGRITY. If I could have given them zero-star rating, I would have.

I’m not one to trash businesses on the internet. However, after the experience I had, I felt others might find some value in it and possibly avoid being the victim of a similar situation. Short version is to be sure and get EVERYTHING in writing and don’t trust that the dealership like this will stand behind their word. On 7/18/22 my son excitedly showed me a 2014 Ford Focus that David Stanley Midwest City had for sale. It was what he wanted and within the budget I set for him. We had previously looked and researched these vehicles and knew there were open safety recalls and warranty replacements for this year, make & model. At the dealership Mauricio from internet sales took us out for a look over the vehicle and short test drive. It was short because literally the car was almost out of gas, and I was told they do this because they have a problem with people stealing vehicles on test drives, I question that now. During the short drive I brought up the issue with the recall and limited supply of warranty parts and he assured me those items are taken care of prior to them receiving the car. We decided to go forward with the car and was once again assured there were no open recalls even though the car fax clearly showed open recalls. Mauricio stated the car fax probably wasn’t updated yet. At this point I should have had them write that down on the terms of the sale, but knowing it was a large seemingly named dealership I assumed they would back their product and sale… I WAS WRONG! On 7/19 (Next day) the car began overheating. My son reached Mauricio who told him it was probably because it was 110 out and to turn it off and wait a bit. On 7/20 he had a different issue where the gear was slipping, and it had a check engine light. On the 7/21 I brought the vehicle back and dropped off at the service department. They thought they found the issue and I picked the car up on 7/27, temp was fixed, however within 5 miles the check engine light came back. I immediately returned to the dealership. A few days later I was told there was a recall and some warranty items on the vehicle so it’s now at a Ford Dealership. As I type this out on 9/12 the car is still with Ford because of a large backorder of the part needed… the issue I tried to avoid in the first place. Communication with the dealership was challenging. For close to a month I was routed through a number of people; Teresa, Veronika, Marten, Kyle – All were very polite and seemingly helpful but no one was able to make a decision or suggest any options. All roads led to the Used Car Manager Tony. He functioned as the liaison between the owner (not David Stanley) and myself. They wanted to treat the Focus as a trade-in, offering to buy it back at 40% of what they sold it to me for. I didn’t find my suggestion of rolling back the purchase with the agreement I would purchase another vehicle from them unreasonable. I would have even tried to find middle ground, however taking a 60% hit on something they sold me and ‘assured’ didn’t have open recalls was a bit too much. As I type this out on 9/12, car is still with Ford waiting on these parts. My goal is to simply to put this information out there and hopefully prevent anyone from having the same experience I did. There are so many better dealerships out there, I would skip David Stanley all together. Whatever car they have isn’t worth the risk and having to experience that proverbial ‘shady used car sales’ stereotype. The only positive item is the service department were very nice, responsive, and communicative.

Really, please just consider going anywhere but here. I received the most disrespectful, snide, condescending, womanizing treatment from the salesman helping us, his sales manager, and the rest of the staff in general. My boyfriend, his father, and myself went in on a Friday night to look at a car for me, and we were treated fairly with a decent amount of respect. After some talk, we walked away without a deal we could agree on. Within an hour of leaving, I had an email from our salesman. The next day I negotiated on my own behalf and we eventually reached an agreement. I returned to the dealership solo, and after informing the staff that I would not be financing through them but would instead be handling my own financing directly with my credit union (as I have done with every vehicle I have ever purchased) I was met with resistance. The staff made several rude comments about how “inconventient” that is and how “it doesn’t make sense” and is “weird but do whatever you want.” I was spoken to like I am a child and like I am unintelligent/incapable of making decisions for myself. I was able to shake it off because I *thought* I was getting a good deal on a car I have wanted for a very long time. I went in to meet with an agent at the credit union I use, and our numbers for the total cost came up identical to each other’s per the information laid out in a purchase agreement, but different than the dealership’s bottom line on said agreement. I’ll spare the boring details, but among other things during a call about the discrepancy in price, the salesman told me this is “basic math, I don’t know what you don’t understand” and he laughed at me while stating “I’m really trying to remain professional here.” The call happened to be on speaker phone, and the bystanders who were in earshot had shock and disbelief painted all over their faces at his comments. I have never been made to feel like a joke in my life until that point. It goes without saying I backed out of the deal immediately and will happily take my money elsewhere. It should be noted, I emailed a manager regarding this situation. I received an “I’m sorry, we don’t usually conduct business that way” response that is pretty useless. My boyfriend, however, received calls almost immediately from different managers trying to apologize. Considering that it was never my boyfriend’s deal, the car was for me, I was the sole negotiating party, and I was the sole party responsible for the financing, this strikes me as odd. I hate to accuse any individual or business of sexism, but this sure feels a lot like unfair treatment due to the fact that I’m a young woman. Last I checked, my money is just as green as anyone else’s.

While visiting OKlahoma city, the wife and i decided to check out fords new mach e mustang, only problem was no one in Ok city or tulsa had one. Another dealer in Ok city told me to call mark allen in chickasha. I called and talk to Kyle Richardson about the car we wanted he told me they had one on the lot. so Friday after the wife was finished with work we drove over to the dealer arriving past closing time thinkin we only get to look if we were lucky but to discover Kyle was still there and willing to take the time to show and even let us test drive the car. We decided last night 10/12/2021 to order thru ford but i picked a local dealer in in BA. Kyle calls me this morning to tell me if i decided to buy a car he would talk to thier manager to make it happen. When I told him what i had done he understood completely says if there is anything he could do to help i was to call!! My 1999 F250 Ford diesel work truck was stolen from the service department while there for possible warranty work. Had previous positive experiences with Juan. But after the theft, I was told the following: 1) they had no liability 2) I was not allowed to file with their insurance nor have any information on who their insurance carrier was 3) they had no cameras on the premises 4) my truck could have been missing for up to 4 days as no inventory was taken 5) the truck was stolen during business hours & driven past the front of the building, out the main gate, with no one noticing, including salesman After all of that, It took -multiple calls to corporate before the general manager contacted me 8 business days after the truck was stolen -threats to hire a lawyer before I was given information speak to their insurance carrier -no call to follow up with police report -dealership refused to work with police investors over lack of camera footage -advised I’d never win in court because of legal team superiority & insurance companies’ policies (by a independent lawyer, not the dealership) Do not use Joe Cooper for any reason, ever! $12k might be nothing in their world but it’s a lot in mine! That truck had sentimental value as well, it was bought new by Grandpa & passed down to us. Drove it across country, to work on bad weather days, carried home my babies from the hospital, and more. Joe Cooper’s logo is “who loves you, Oklahoma?” Well they don’t. They really, really don’t. From my pain, gain this: avoid them!!!!!!!!!!!!
