Stay away! I took my truck in for an oil change and an inspection. After the service, literally 30 miles later my check in gone light came on. How convenient, then I went to AutoZone to check the part. I changed it, and the check engine is still there. I take it back to them they say it’s the same part I just changed. What are the odds? Now they are saying it’s $500 to replace it and it still may not be the issue. These people are CROOKS!

I was looking for a used pickup. I found one on their website that I was really interested in. I researched it online filled out the paperwork to make sure I qualified before I drove 45 miles into their lot. I even called them and talked to a salesperson to make sure what I done was right and that the vehicle was there and I qualified for it. I made an appointment and drove in. The person I made the appointment with could not see me so someone else said they would help me. I gave them the information on the pickup I was interested in and told them I had already done the paperwork and showed them I was qualified. He looked it up on the computer and told me that although the truck was on the website it was not on the lot (yet). He left the office and about 20 minutes later a different salesperson showed up. He told me the other man was busy with another customer. He then proceeded to tell me I didn't qualify after all. However, if I wanted to look at a different pickup with over 50000 miles on it then one, I wanted to look at. I could get it. I told me no thank you and walked out. I really don't think that they wanted to help me because I was not the kind of customer they wanted to do business with. I would not recommend doing business with this company unless you come in with a lot of money a nice car and dressed in a suit. They will bend over backwards for someone like that but for an average citizen they cannot be bothered.

While visiting OKlahoma city, the wife and i decided to check out fords new mach e mustang, only problem was no one in Ok city or tulsa had one. Another dealer in Ok city told me to call mark allen in chickasha. I called and talk to Kyle Richardson about the car we wanted he told me they had one on the lot. so Friday after the wife was finished with work we drove over to the dealer arriving past closing time thinkin we only get to look if we were lucky but to discover Kyle was still there and willing to take the time to show and even let us test drive the car. We decided last night 10/12/2021 to order thru ford but i picked a local dealer in in BA. Kyle calls me this morning to tell me if i decided to buy a car he would talk to thier manager to make it happen. When I told him what i had done he understood completely says if there is anything he could do to help i was to call!! Stayed way beyond closing time to let us check out the car, very professional and courteous excited about the new Mach e!! Thank you Kyle!! David Bailey
