Prices on new vehicles best I located in state. Had to negotiate trade amount on older Tahoe but in the end worked out ok. It was all completed within 3 hours as we live around 120 miles away and this was exceptional. Would highly recommend.

So far this relationship between carmax and I is working out very well and hope to see the follow though they will be taking. My wife loves the car and is racking the roads with it, she loves it. This will be a great test of how things transpire between us and Carmex. How ever we have boughten a few cars through them and love the service, and cars.

Ordered a truck from them and when it came in they increased the price by 6k. I asked to see the invoice from the factory and the increase was less than $1000. This was very bad con job.I came in in good faith to deal honestly and pay for what I ordered but this dealership was very dishonest. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN.

Very dishonest!! The salesman was rude and unprofessional, and the finance manager was worse. They add a $495 “dealer prep” to every vehicle which I believe is for a car wash, and they increased the price of the truck $1000 over the advertised price after we had already agreed on a price because I wouldn’t finance through them. Save your time and money and do not use this dealership!!!
