Highly recommend this Dealer. Quick and Painless. Brian Townsend in the Service Department was very effective and efficient coordinating our extended Mopar Service Contract with our purchasing Dealer. Inter-Dealership Communication was key and on point. Got us back on the road to the Ozarks with a complete Tune-Up, Radiator replacement, and all the trimmings. Very possibly could be back to see Liz in Sales for another Limited X! Way to go Reed Jeep! Keep it up!!!!

RUN! Finance guy here is shady, likes to lie about any and everything he can, and sell vehicles out from under you while pretending he can't get your financing figured out. He will tell you they aren't able to buy out other companies leases (like every other dealer) when they absolutely can, just don't want to. Sat in line for an hour at the bank due to the app being down to get him documents, he said he sent them, he never did. Total waste of my time and nothing but problems. Do not waste your time here. Go anywhere else. 🙏

Mechanic is a champ he was patient analyzing causes the kept the engine from running smoothly. We have tree vehicles all been kept running well here at Landmark! The service department took care of the low tire pressure light. Clint Bowyer service department took the time to get the computer connection to the low tire pressure sensor. The so-called Topeka dealership didn't give a crap to properly take care of the problem. I definitely won't be at the Topeka Toyota location ever again. Emporia Toyota dealership has my trust in them.

We have purchased 4 cars from this dealership, the last two being Jeep Wranglers. I bought my 2018 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon BRAND NEW off the showroom floor in April 2019. Recently I noticed my door hinges and panels were starting to have the WELL KNOWN corrosion issues that so many of the new Jeeps have. I contacted Jeep Cares who referred me to CCDJR and assured me the issue would be covered by the 5 year warranty (from purchase date, so covered until April 2024) But guess what??? CCDJR refused to fix it!!! Seriously, avoid this dealership like the plague, because once you drive it off the lot, THEY DO NOT CARE!!! Not even if it’s covered by Jeep Warranty and NOT EVEN if you bought it BRAND NEW FROM THEM!!!!
