I can't speak highly enough of Zeck Ford and the staff that work there. I have now purchased two vehicles from Sage in the last three months. He is the type of salesman that I enjoy working with and he has created a return customer. He is honest and will point out issues with vehicles that need fixed and goes above and beyond to make sure the vehicle is in great condition prior to pickup. Sage I will be keeping an eye on the lot for a Lincoln Continental when you get a Black Label in. lol

Long McArthur made my recent purchase of a super duty a straight forward process while being as transparent as I’ve ever seen a dealership. I’d absolutely recommend them to anyone, and that’s coming from someone over 750 miles away. My salesman was Darin Lee, and he fought hard to get a deal in the structure I wanted. Everyone I interacted with was professional and easy to work with top to bottom.

We purchased my 2024 Hyundai Palisade Calligraphy in July 2024. After a couple of months it developed a rattle in the back end. Max's service department was extremely understanding and helpful trying to locate and fix the issue. The first two attempts did not work so when we took it back in for the third time we were told that they would not give it back until it was fixed. They gave us a brand new 2025 Palisade as a loner and ended up having my car for 3 months. They called in engineers from Hyundai to see if they were able to locate the issue. I was not thrilled that it took so long, but Joleane in the service department was so nice, and was constantly sending me updates so that I knew they were continuing to work on it. When I finally got it back, I was even refunded two months worth of payments that I had made to make up for not having my car. This was initiated by the service manager, Troy. Totally unexpected (especially since I was driving a brand new car for a loaner) but completely appreciated. I will most definitely buy another vehicle from them, for the service department alone. I absolutely love my Palisade!

Sam did an outstanding job of finding a used replacement Vehicle (2015 Volvo XC60) & thoroughly explaining all the features & Dealer prep work before selling. I drive 30 miles one way to have all service and repair work done on my F150 even though I didn't purchase it there. I know they are busy but they always treat me fair, give me an update during the service and I use the Ford Pass app on my phone to earn points, check for recalls, view service recommendations and updates. Any Ford dealer can service your vehicle but Victory Ford does it right the first time and the service department is great to work with.

I thought for sure I would have to call for help but My friend Cindy suggested I ask Beloit Auto &Truck Plaza. Cindy talked to Nina Williams, who was a delight and as helpful as anyone can be. I was so grateful for Nina’s helpful and perfect customer service support that even when I tried to tip her she wasn’t having it and declined telling me this is her job and happy to help.
