service department is the worst. had my car for three months and left parts disconnected. one tire was visibly leaning in. they lied and said it was ok. ate the tire up in days bought new tires and tire shop said adjustment part was completely loose. ruin ed a set of Michelins. NEVER do biz with Bommarito.

As always, the customer service at Deien was top notch. From our first contact, with Nikki, to the time we drove off the lot they went out of their way to make sure our time was valued. This is the type of service that keeps us coming back to this hometown dealership (7 vehicles to date), it might not be the biggest in the area but they make you feel like you are the most important thing to them while you are there. Personally, I'll take this type of treatment over a vast selection anytime...not to mention they can usually beat any competitors pricing and they give a lifetime power-train warranty on all new, and some used, vehicles.

At 64 years old this was the absolute worst car dealership and most dishonest that I’ve ever dealt with!. Shallen disabled couple a vehicle with 10-year-old rotten tires and a failing back up camera and missing rear safety headrest and then telling you pretty much is your problem and days of arguing to get it corrected they are awful people!
