The “GM” didn’t see a problem with a vehicle showing no accidents as reported to Car Fax but When we went through the glove box after the purchase we found a body repair bill for $1,600 and asked “The GM” accidents as reported to Car Fax but When we went through the glove box after the purchase we found a body repair bill for $1,600 and asked “The GM” about it and he said that it didn’t change the value of the vehicle. EVERYTIME I’ve ever traded a car and reported damage to the car the dealer reduced the value of the vehicle accordingly. Extremely disappointed in “THE GM’S” lack of professionalism in handling the situation. Buyer be ware when dealing with this dealership and their unprofessional “GM”. More

He went above and beyond to help me car I had inquired about. He sent Car Fax information and TSB reports, and was patient during the entire process. He went above and beyond to help me get a car for my 16-year-old son. I appreciate his thoroughness with the process and his help finding discounts to benefit our buying experience. The finance manager, Jim Robishaw, was amazing and helped find the best deal for our situation. He is such a great guy to work with! I recommend looking for Drew and asking for Jim when you go to buy a vehicle at George Weber Chevrolet in Columbia, IL. More
