Made a trip to Gerald as they had a pre-driven Subaru that we were interested in buying. We came to buy, but left emptyhanded. We checked before we left home, and the car was still available. By the time we got there, it was gone. We were told they had a very busy weekend and sold it on Saturday. I sincerely believe the car was never available, and this was an example of false advertising or bait and switch. We attempted to work with a sales person on a new vehicle instead, but he was terrible. Unenthusiastic, lacking knowledge, and just didn't seem to know what he was doing. I can't even remember his name, so not a good experience. We ended up purchasing a new Forester from another Subaru dealer that same day!

Customer service is beyond expectations! From managers to sales representative named Andrew are down to earth. Andrew understood what I was looking for. He kept his promise to inform me when the car that I like arrives. In addition, he guided me through the process including facilitating the purchase, discussing financial options, and coordinating with the person who will help me navigate the different electronic features of the car. I highly appreciated the collaborative effort between Andrew and his two managers to make the purchase materialized. I love my 2025 Subaru Forester Hybrid! I definitely, recommend them to my family and friends!!!
