Worked with David Evans, who is a true gentleman and truly cares about his customers. Anthony Adams was very helpful locating the vehicle I wished to purchase. Went to another dealer first who only wanted to make money and not earn my business. When I went to Gerald, they worked to get my business and earn my trust. They did find the vehicle I wanted and gave me a courtesy vehicle until they could pick up my car and drop it off at my home. I have to say it was a pleasant experience, which you don't find at very many dealers. Very friendly and trustworthy. I would refer anyone looking for a pleasant car buying experience to give them your business. I would not go anywhere else for a vehicle after this.

It’s been 65 days since I was promised a refund check, and I still haven’t received it. I’ve called multiple times and keep getting new excuses — the latest being “the person who signs checks isn’t around.” Dan, the head of the finance department, has known about this issue and still hasn’t resolved it. A simple refund should not take over two months. This delay is not my fault — it’s a complete lack of accountability and professionalism. If this is how refunds are handled under Dan’s watch, customers deserve to know before doing business here. I expect my refund immediately, not another round of excuses.
