Also, Louis was very patient with his tutorial tour of my new Xt6. I've purchased many vehicles, including my last 4 Acadias, because I've been leasing since the mid 90s, and the process has always excruciating. I can honestly say that Ettleson is the very best experience I've ever encountered. I arrived to the dealership minutes before 7:00pm, and I had no idea closing time was 7:00pm. I thought closing was at 8:00pm. It wasn't until I was finalizing my transaction around 10:00pm that I learned that I basically walked in at closing. Prior to arriving, I had searched the inventory for the vehicle I ultimately purchased, but once I was in the showroom, I got sidetracked with the Xt5 and the beautiful red Xt6 and became fickled. Angelo was patient and allowed me to decide on what I wanted. I want to extend my sincerest apologies for holding up the team of people who stayed behind to seal the deal. Ettleson's tean is fantastic.

While they didn’t have the exact SUV on the lot they found it the same day and delivered it the next day.
