I had been searching for months for a car that met my needs and my budget and I finally found it at Muller Subaru Volkswagen. Ricky and Randy on the sales teams helped me and Jasper in finance was through and helped explain everything but the real rockstars are Luke in service and Dave in sales. It's a used car (new to me right) and had a few issues that Luke and Dave we eager to resolve and make right I know everyone has this image of car dealerships but Muller is different and honestly I don't think I'll ever go anywhere but here for future car purchases. I highly recommend Muller Subaru Volkswagen!

I took my car in for a check engine light. The service writer told me that the tcv needed replacing and it was covered under an extended warranty because it was a known issue. I picked up my car and even more lights were flashing on my dash. I went right back in and I was told that now the problem is the dynamic control sensor which was caused by me being late on an oil change two oil changes ago. They told me now I need to pay to get the oil flushed and changed, and I need to make an appointment and come back, meanwhile I get 15 MPS (usually 28) and the car runs awful. No one was helpful explaining how it was fine before they changed the oil. I do not recommend this service department
