Excellent Service Department. Very friendly staff. I love how they greet me as soon as I get out of my car. I normally go to Holiday Mazda of Fond du Lac, which also has excellent service, but they had a 3 week wait time for car service, so I went to Bergstrom, and I am very happy that I did. I live in Oshkosh and the work needing to be done would take a few hours, so they provided me with a loaner car no questions asked. Very grateful for that as it was a Friday afternoon and they were not able to get it done until Monday.

I was in Sturgeon Bay for a training at the Justice Center and on my way, my low tire pressure light came on. After talking to my husband, he suggested I stop at a Ford dealership and have my tires checker. I stopped at Patriot Ford and was helped by Josh Lamer, Service Writer. He immediately pulled my car in and checked my tires. He was very professional and helpful! I thanked him again and told him how appreciative I was for him to help me out. Way to go Josh! I'm very impressed!

We would purchase from this dealer again. The only negative was the detailing department closed at 5, so we did not get a final detail. We had a great experience with our salesperson, Christina Kemp! She was completely fine with us trying our car seats in the car. She also helped us get the price that worked for us.

Went there to check out a vehicle they had listed on their website. Turns out all of their vehicles have this scam interior and exterior protection package added. They can't remove it because it's already been "applied" and thus they add $1,000 on to the asking price. This is a common dealer scam, do not pay for that. Vote with your feet and go somewhere else. Shady is as shady does.
