A good buying experience from start to finish. Fiona Kallman was professional, knowledgeable and friendly and guided us through the buying process in a timely manner. This was our first time working with Marquardt of Barrington and we would repeat the experience.

I called Fox Valley and spoke with Mike Hampel on a late Saturday morning. Said I would be there in a little over an hour and told him the 2015 Lexus 350 I was interested in. I arrived and Mike had the vehicle ready at the front door and took it for a test drive around the area. I checked out the rest of the car, was pleased with the vehicle. Between Mike, the manager and I we hashed out the figures back and fourth, reached an agreement and I had purchased the car. Dropped off the signed paperwork (including my wife's signatures, and picked up the car Thursday night. Clean car, excellent running conditional and would totally recommend working with Mike and the rest of the staff. As I write this I feel good about the car I got for the money I spent and dealing with who I dealt with at the dealership made this a very comfortable experience, in purchasing a nice used car from them. 9 1/2 out of 10. (I don't give out 10's ever).

Unwilling to be competitive with 1) preapproved financing and 2) CarMax/Carvana offers on trade-in (they would only match the lowest offers). Offers provided were not transparent on APR or whether rebates discussed were included. When I asked if there was anything else they could do to be competitive, they said no - which was fine. But after I shook hands and began to head to the door, within 2 steps I heard the individual (which I'll not call out here) loudly crumple the offer. It felt pointed and very unprofessional and the sole reason I've knocked off three stars. I'll save my time and cross this dealership off the list for any future purchases.

I’ve been on the lookout for a new or pre-owned Toyota Tacoma, after test driving several Tacomas at different dealerships I stumbled upon a quality preowned ‘22 at Lynch. I walked in and met with Nick Kramer who offered a test drive, answered all of my questions and provided a fair price and pleasant purchasing experience. They had me in and out quickly and for a fair price!

After having had a disappointing experience at a different car dealer, we headed to Napleton with low expectations. Our salesman Justin greeted us and showed us to a car we requested to see. He could not have been more helpful and personable. It ended up being a rather enjoyable experience. He was knowledgeable and very kind. He put no pressure on us whatsoever and answered all of our questions with ease. We transitioned to the financial office to meet with Alex. Although it's always painful to spend large amounts of money, the transaction went smoothly. It was evident Alex was knowledgeable and fair. Both gentlemen also stayed an hour past closing time to help us get the deal done. It was a positive experience and I would definitely recommend buying a car from Justin. Next time I am in the market, I will definitely go back to him.

We went here looking for a specific vehicle. We talked with Ryan English, told him exactly what I wanted, GMC 6 cylinder, nothing less. He was phenomenal & I tried thinking of another type but wanted a GMC & it had to be a 6 cylinder. He went away for a few minutes & drove up with the GMC which was traded in the day b4. Once I looked at the mileage & year, I knew it was the one. Ryan was knowledgeable, caring & very helpful. Others were very nice & informative also. They don’t bug you when you’re looking, which is awesome but are ready to help you when ready. I give Napleton Buick GMC in Crystal Lake, IL. an Excellent rating & will tell others about this Dealership. I would go here again. Hats off Ryan, great job!👏🏻👍🏻

I’ve been trying to work with this dealership for over six weeks to purchase a car, and the experience has been frustrating and unprofessional. I was told I was approved for financing but was never given clear details about the terms despite repeated attempts to get answers. I sent links to three vehicles under $16,000 but waited over two weeks without any response. The only car I was offered was a 2013 Jetta with over 140,000 miles and brake issues. To make matters worse, I was told by the new car manager that my deal was blocked because a manager had a personal issue with my co-signer, and another manager even made an offensive comment about “not wanting to work with people who don’t pay their bills.” My credit has been run multiple times, which likely hurt my score, and yet communication has been almost nonexistent. This entire experience has been unprofessional and disappointing.

This was one of my best truck buying experiences.The salesman was very laid back and noligible of what he was selling. The whole process took less than an hour. The truck i bought had small problem and the dealer took care of it with no hesitation. Will definitely go back. The dealership changed names it is now International Autos
