As I’m sure is normal, I had no plans of buying a car. I came very close to walking away due to the low trade in on my car. I know it wasn’t worth much but I thought I’d get more. Your salesman Sunny helped me through my issue and I believe we all walked away with a deal we could live with everyone I dealt with at your dealership treated me like I was part of the family I’m retired and have bought a number of cars new and used. I’ve rarely felt as good about the people I dealt with. I will definitely be talking with Sunny when I get my next car

Loved every single thing that happened while i was buying my car. First off i’m all the way in Hawaii so it was my first time ever buying a car & crazy thing is it was wayyyy out of state . Joe Kopietz was such a great salesman ! Communication was there even when we were 5-6hrs apart . Made my first buying experience the best thing ever.. Gave his personal just incase i needed to stay in contact for the car when he wasn’t in office . It’s crazy to think i have so much trust in him because i didn’t see the car in person so it’s pretty crazy getting a car you ain’t seen in person other than videos/pictures . The whole Crest Cadillac Team was great, everybody did their part ! If i could do it all over again I would ! Really recommend this dealership company & talking to Joe Kopietz ! The staff was friendly. Not too pushy. But like any sales staff, they seem to be motivated to sell as much as they could for as much as they could. As with any sales experience, it would be nice for someone to seem to really try to save me as much money as they can and make sure that I am thinking of all the options that would make me as happy as I can be financially and with the right vehicle. I probably would have looked at comparable compasses to find the one that they have at the right price. I did make a comment about looking at something slightly used, but they seem to ignore that idea. At least the person that I mentioned it to which I can’t remember their name. So I forgot about it as well and this vehicle is a little bit on the high end as price goes in my book.
