A former resident of Wisconsin now living in Texas I will still only purchase from them and have cars shipped to me. The integrity Jeff and Porsche Waukesha have is unmatchable. The communication through the process from ordering the perfect car, waiting while being built and shipped was truly appreciated. I was put in touch with Angelique, who after a little negotiating over the phone put a hold on the one and only car available at the time with a credit card deposit. Three days later I was able to drive up to Milwaukee, and drove home with a new car! The process couldn't have been easier. Outstanding Service Experience with Kory Lambert: I recently brought my 2012 Nissan Maxima into the dealership for an inspection due to a suspected radiator leak. As soon as I arrived at the Service area, I was greeted by technician Kory Lambert. From the very beginning, Kory was friendly, attentive, and professional. I explained my concerns, and he assured me they would thoroughly inspect the radiator to determine the issue. Kory later informed me that the radiator, along with the upper and lower hoses and the cap, needed to be replaced due to the natural aging of the vehicle. He clearly explained the repairs needed and made the entire process smooth by assisting me with getting a temporary vehicle while the repairs were being completed. Throughout the repair process, Kory kept me updated on the status of my vehicle and ensured everything was handled promptly and professionally. My car was dropped off on March 31st at 1:50 PM, and the repairs were completed by April 1st at 4:00 PM—excellent turnaround time! Kory did an outstanding job, and it’s always a pleasure working with him for any maintenance issues. I truly appreciate that the repairs were completed correctly the first time. Great job, Kory, and thank you for your exceptional service!

Our Vehicle had a transmission leak requiring some additional inspection and identification as to source A Dye was added and about 200 miles later the dripping was again visible the florescent dye was helpful in identifying the source of leak a transmission cooling line hidden from easy view. Repair was made and line replaced . Tim was especially helpful and went above and beyond to get us serviced and back on the road! We also had some minor damage from an unknown source - John from the body shop was easily able to remove the dents.
