Well a few years back we had bought a vehicle from your dealer ship and the sales team that helped us were great very attentive to our needs even though we were very restricted on what we could spend . They did us the best heal that they thought that they had for us turns out the car had a lot of bad reviews on that make and model and of course we got one of the bad ones . We had Four major problems in the first six months of owning the car . I became angry and thought that the dealer ship was just ignoring us and we were going to be stuck with this problem car forever , the real fault didn’t lye with Garber but with the manufacturer of the vehicle we contacted them and told the the issues and they just basically said to bad so sad sorry about your bad luck. So of course I thought that it was the dealer who should make it right . But they can only work with what they know and are told by the customer and they go buy what the mechanics give the to go on. They sell to you and I in go faith that the car will do as it should. So angry and upset I made some bad statements instead of blaming the real problem Satan and the manufacturer Buick. So I now want to clear that up God has worked out that I have a different vehicle and better than I could have hoped for . And I want people to know that Creg Lang and his team at Garber midland are top notch and full combatant to meet your needs and help you to achieve your goals in getting the best deal for your money. I think amazing customer service would be an understatement… personally I never imagined having to get a vehicle on such short notice and being so overwhelmed simply to be greeted and treated with such support and kindness. The staff was nothing less than incredible and patient. They answered all questions with honesty and compassion, they were supportive from the start and didn’t hesitate to go above and beyond. Corey, Kyle, and Travis assisted me during my time (the spectacular twins Corey and Travis, from the movie if you didn’t know), assisted me in finding a great, affordable, and reliable vehicle that worked perfect for my timeframe, needs, wants, etc. Kyle trusted my driving and was patient with my time looking at the vehicles, Corey guided my search in the right direction to a great fit, and Travis, who didn’t fail to make the experience underwhelming and dangerously easy finalized the process and better helped me understand everything and anything about car purchasing (and that the warranty really is worth it, he said so himself). Truly, I am beyond grateful for my experience and purchase here at Seelye Ford.
