I had taken my current vehicle in for service and to get quote on a couple of things that no longer worked. Which I did not get done as it would be too costly and would not add any value for a trade in. The salesperson gave me such a low value for a vehicle 2012 in great condition and low mileage for it's age. I decided to check out another dealer and get another opinion. That's where I met Tony Juncaj and he was very courteous, friendly, knowledgeable and helped eased my concerns about leasing a new vehicle that was affordable to for me.

Presented the price as advertised, and finished the paperwork while he treated us to dinner at a nearby restaurant. We were out of state buyers but the process was simple. Just purchased a 2025 Escape Hybrid from Village Ford. I've been a customer for close to forty years and have purchased many vehicles from them and have always used them for service. What can I say that hasn't already been said? This is THE best Ford dealership. Fantastic customer service, repairs done efficiently and correctly the first time, excellent and honest sales people and service advisors (Mark O'Bryant and Jim Burton for example). Also kudos to Ford Motor Company for taking care of their customers, including no charge for loaner vehicles and no charges for certain very expensive repairs even after warranty expiration. Highly recommended!

I was an out of state buyer...I worked Marc Monroe....we negotiated over text & email a couple times and agreed on a price. I signed live docs over the internet, both purchase and Ford Credit paperwork. I flew into a closest major airport, Brondes dealership sent a driver to pick me up. When I arrived at the dealership, Marc went over the final paper work with me, we did a walk around and he explained the vehicle's new features. The Vehicle was clean and ready to go, even a full tank of gas. I was on my way in less than 45 min. No run around or upsell was made. One of easiest new car purchases of my life.... A+++ Thank you!

The other vehicles we purchased seemed to have a dealership that wanted our future participation. Terry Hendricks only wanted a sale. In fact they knew very little about the vehicle we bought and provided inaccurate information. Shame on US for using Terry Hendricks. Look at their comment history! It only shows a few last sales. I will never use Terry Hendricks Ford in the future or recommend them.
