Dealership was good overall. The waiting area is nice and the staff is friendly/very accommodating for whatever you need whether buying a car or not. I bought a 2026 Kia Carnival from Abe and the experience overall was pretty good. The interest rates on some of the options, despite having an 817 credit score was insane. Nonetheless I did like this dealership overall and would recommend buying a Kia from here.

I had several bad experiences over the last several days looking at used cars. When I arrived, both vehicles had damage. I contacted Ralph and told him exactly what I wanted to see. He took a nice video and told me exactly where there were dents and dings National, where the other two dealerships did not. I purchased the vehicle the next day. Thanks Ralph! You did a great job.

Don’t ever trust Feldman for a used vehicle. Bought a 2019 ford fusion from Ben Butski. 3 weeks later I have a major oil leak (see photos below). Called Ben and said had they seen that, they wouldn’t have put it on the lot. Problem is now I’m stuck with it. Dakota from service won’t call me back. It is a crankshaft seal, 1200 dollar job. Thanks to Todd and Chris. sales managers for allowing me to buy a piece of junk from you. Either you hid this problem or your mechanics just are that bad.

Jordan was amazing, I had been looking for a 2023 Kia Sportage Hybrid and Oklahoma doesn't have them yet. I called dozens of other dealers from the West Coast to the East Coast and Jordan was the only salesperson that was all over it. LaFontaine Kia of Dearborn didn't have a crazy ridiculous Market Increase on the vehicle and it was within reason. They had what I was looking for and made the deal happen. Jordan arranged for transport and everything was a 10 Star Performance. He was available and still is if I have any questions or need anything at all! Would definitely purchase from him again!
