They were very professional and courteous both in Sales and Service. They came to my house, picked up my truck for service, left me a loaner vehicle, and fixed my truck and returned it to my driveway. It doesn't get much better than that.

I had tech (communications) problem, and an Extended Service Warranty, which was independent. Will, at Blackwell's Service Writeup desk, worked through the process of getting approval, and completing the job. He kept me informed. When the Service Contract payment was slow processing after work completion, Will sent me home in the shuttle, and delivered the car the next morning.

All of the staff is competent and friendly. However, your customer paid labor rate of $175 per hour from a cursory review appears to be on the high end. I was charged one hour to replace a rear wiper motor. At least I could have been charged at tge internal labor rate as I was trading the old lease car in.

Everyone at Briarwood Ford, Saline, Michigan, is helpful & does a great job with my Ford Escape (2024). I am sorry that the Escape is being canceled. I love my Escape & would love to have another in the coming year. I have another year before I turn my 2024 Escape in. I hope a new model Ford replacement will be right for me.
