I didn't have to haggle for a better payment or share unnecessary information before it was the right time. Jerry lead me through the purchase, he remained professional and informative. His dedication to the craft is impeccable-- he was delivering my truck while he had a newborn in the hospital. The craziest part is I SELL CARS and this was my very first purchase. I was treated with respect, was given a tour of the dealership and even got to meet the "man behind the scenes" Brad. In the finance office Alisha did not pressure me with "what if" situations.
