Highly recommend Jake Sweeney Buick GMC dealership along with Tom Kohls, New Car Sales Manager, and Braden Engle in Finance! We live out of state and had been shopping around for a GMC Sierra Denali Ultimate for months! They gave us great value for our 2 trade-in vehicles and it was a no-hassle process from start to finish! We appreciated their attention to detail! This dealership experience was one of the best I've ever had and I've purchased a few vehicles over the years. It was impressive from the beginning from getting to know the history of the dealerships to actually meeting and chatting with the President of the dealership Ms. Janelle Ross. The salesperson Bill was very personable and didn't mind me asking questions about the car. He wasn't too pushy and was so down to earth. They were very accommodating once I made my purchase helping to make sure I was able to get my vehicle once I purchased it. Ian was great. Will did a nice job explaining some of the paperwork. It was well worth the trip from Cincinnati to Centerville. They are highly. recommended if you're looking for a vehicle. Bob Ross Buick GMC is great!

Wasn’t crazy about speaking to someone not even at dealership. Was expecting to meet with person I was talking to. When arrived at dealership a unknown person stepped in. Felt like I was being bate and switched and someone else would get the sales commission and not the person I had been talking to. So my salesperson and me got off to a distrusting and rocky start. He was able to overcome my distrust and sale went smoothly. Thanks

I bought a travel trailer from Holman and I highly recommend them. My salesman was helpful and responsive to my list of things I was looking for in a new trailer. Their selection was second to none. The other salesmen were very helpful. At the walk through all my questions were answered and I was able to test everything I wanted to. The trade in process was easy and they had the best price. When it was time to make the purchase the cashier made the whole process as smooth as silk. I searched for months at many other dealers all over the Ohio, Indiana and Kentucky area but none came close to matching the level of customer service I found at Holman. In fact, it was just by luck I became aware of Holman through an internet search but in the future when I am in the market for any kind of vehicle I will be checking Holman Motors out first. They are an hour from where I live but are well worth the drive.
