I purchased a 2025 Bronco Sasquatch 4x4 the sales representative name was Tony a good sales representative, I’m a kind of off the wall person but he dealt with me like a down to earth person, My buying experience was great we even test drove the vehicle to my house a couple of miles away I wanted to see if it would clear the top of my garage door because the bronco sits up high with the Sasquatch package. We drove to the bank I gave him a check and now I’m a happy owner the purchase was fast and easy Tony made it all easy with explaining features that the vehicle had,Park Ford had the vehicle I was looking for!

I had been looking for a vehicle for 9months... Every vehicle I had called about the car dealership was pushy, not listening to me, or just straight up lied to me..... This place was amazing! They told me what they had... I looked and found what I thought was the perfect vehicle for me! They were not pushy, they were patient, and they truly listened to me. I fell in love with the vehicle instantly .... (Not because someone told me too) I told them I wanted it and they got the process started and it was quick, easy and painless.... They never tried to push me on things, offered me a warranty, and over all got me the best deal! Forever thankful I came across you guys! And if I ever look for another vehicle I will be back!!! Today my elderly mother took her 2020 Ford Escape in for factory service. She was treated poorly by one of two service personnel and he was very inattentive to her needs or concerns with the vehicle. After a short time period, she was advised her vehicle service was completed but found no reason for the service display wrench icon, speculating that her oil simply needed changed. This vehicle was purchased new from Waikem Ford & has less than 17,000 miles. She was charged $90 for an oil change & tire rotation. The service rep also failed to deduct a $10 service coupon she presented prior to the vehicle being serviced, promising to make it up to her "next time." After speaking with her today, I can assure the Diehl management team both in Massillon & Butler PA she nor any other member of our family will patronize any of your dealerships again for service or sales. We have long supported the Waikem family of dealerships having lived in the Massillon area for over 55 years. My wife & I personally have purchased over 12 new & used cars from Waikem over the decades but no longer. Perhaps Corinna Diehl needs more stringent oversight of the Massillon operations to ensure the total lack of concern to customers is remedied but any corrective action will be too late for us.

I Purchased a used car from this dealer a couple months ago. Had it shipped at my expense. It arrived with undisclosed cosmetic issues. I was also told it was being detailed and found french fries in the back seat along with general gunk in every space that would hold it. All of that is somewhat tollerable and not why I am writing this review. I typcally purchase used cars and rarely from my own state. I understand they will not be perfect when they show up. However, this car had frozen and pulsing rear breaks. I brought this up the second day of having the car and was told to get an estimate to repair. I did this at my cost and submitted. I was then told this would be taken care of mutiple times for almost two months now that a check was in the mail and tracking would be supplied. Needless to say this has not been taken care of and I as a customer should not have to chase a dealership to ensure a car they sold is safe and functioning in a normal way. I have bought many cars in the past and never lied to, certainly not outright and multiple times. I have never written a bad review before but I think if you have no recourse then this is what you have to do. Buyer beware with this dealer.
