I had a great experience. Went in to look at the Chevy Trax and learn more about them. My sales guy Brian Cale, his co worker called him "The Chevy Guy" was great and not at all pushy. He was straight forward about things and if he didn't know the answer he wouldn't feed you a line of xx he would get the answer for you. I left there with a great deal and a great car. Paid cash for a car on 09/16/23 and it is now 11/02/23 and the car still has not been transferred into my name. Tags are expired so I can't drive it. They keep passing blame on to other people and are not calling me back. The lady answering the phone said I probably need to come in in person. I live an hour away and can't drive the car. Horrible experience.
