I was contacted to contact Gallatin Ford to schedule my F150 for a recall repair. I scheduled the appointment and additionally made contact with a live person a few days before scheduled date to check to assure the parts was available. The scheduler confirmed parts were available. Delivered truck to shop as scheduled. They provided a courtesy ride home. Received text update on my repair. When the repair was complete was contacted and given the choice of picking my truck up at the dealership or they deliver it to my driveway. I choose the latter. Great experience!

I hd my car in roughly 4 months ago for losing acceleration. I was promised it would never happen again and if it did it was covered under warrantee. I lost excleration and the wrench came on and then the engine warning light. I immediately contacted the service team and was assured it would be handled. A week went by t=with no effort to contact me or give any sort of update. I finally called and to say the least I raised my voice over the lack of service. Promised it back COM monday. They delivered as promised but charged me 2k saying that a radiator hose had leaked on a sensor and once the fluid evaperated off the system reset. The games that are played to avoid keeping the promise I was given by Jason. Mike was absent in the responsibility to keep the customer informed. So here I am on the road and its happening again in less than a week. Not sure that I would trust them to boil a pot of water!! Adding insult to injury they charge you 3% if you use your credit card.

We went in to buy a new 2013 Ford Fusion. The sales lady would not answer our questions regarding trade in value but keep trying to run our credit. When I told her I wanted to know what our trade was worth before we were doing anything else she brought another guy out. I assume he was the sales manager. He would not give us any straight answers either. They wanted to run our credit in order to finish the deal. Eventually they did say we were upside down in our trade which we already knew. I responded with we do not have a deal until you tell me how much negative equity we have. He said we did not sell you that car. You were the ones stupid enough to buy it. They were both rude and arrogant to us. We ended up going to another dealer who gave us a very fair trade in value and helped us buy our new 2013 Ford Fusion.
